      Water and Pressure sewage PE

      GREATER FLEXIBILITY

      Fersil has developed a complete range of polyethylene (PE) pipes and fittings designed for water supply for human consumption and for drainage and sewerage networks under pressure.

      • FERSIL PE100 piping system, W series in black colour with blue stripes. Designed for above ground and underground water supply networks for human consumption, from the extraction point to the buildings structure.
      • FERSIL PE100 piping sytem, P series in black colour for general- waters (in irrigation or industrial systems) or black with violet stripes for regenerated water networks or black with brown stripes for pressurized drainage and sewerage networks (columns lifts, vacuum flow systems, transport under pressure and submarine outfalls) With an MRS value of 10.0 MPa (PE100), they have different pressure classes and in accordance with the requirements of the EN 12201 standard and with the existing Regulations. They are an excellent alternative when compared to traditional PVC, or concrete, or iron cast and steel piping systems due to their high strength, lower density, greater flexibility, longevity and high chemical and UV resistance.

      Cold water and sewage with PVC pressure

      GREAT ROBUSTNESS

      FERSIL presents two ranges of PVC piping systems for cold water supply and for pressure sewerage, with different pressure classes and in accordance with the requirements of the EN ISO 1452 standard and with the existing regulations:

      • FERSIL PVC-U pressure pipes, W series in grey color, in straight pipes with smooth sockets for adhesive joins or with sockets for elastomeric pressure seals (JA). Designed for above ground and underground water supply networks for human consumption, from the extraction point to the buildings structure.
      • FERSIL PVC-U pressure pipes, P series in orange-brown (brick) colour, with sockets for elastomeric pressure seals (JA). They are applied in pressurized drainage and sewerage networks (elevating columns, vacuum drainage systems, pressure transport). Its main advantages are the excellent mechanical resistance, the great strength when subjected to high pressures, ease to assembly (they do not require specialized labor) and versatility in assembly compatibility with the pressure PVC fittings in accordance with EN ISO 1452, existing on the market

        HIGH CHEMICAL AND UV RESISTANCE

        FERSIL has developed a range of polyethylene (PE) pipes for conducting and supplying gaseous fuels (Natural gas, butane, propane and LPG) with a maximum service pressure of 0.4MPa (PN4 for Portugal), 0.5 MPa (PN5 for Spain) and 1.0MPa (PN10 for other markets). These pipes can also transport the so-called Green Gas that incorporates Hydrogen in percentages allowed by the technical regulations in force.

        • Reference standard EN 1555 (equivalent to ISO 4437);
        • Colour black with yellow stripes;
        • Supplied in coils of 100 m up to a diameter of 110 mm and in lengths of 12 m up to a diameter of 315 mm;
        • Joining systems can be made with butt-fusion methods, or with electrofusion fittings or with mechanical fittings;
        • With an MRS value of 10.0 MPa (designated as PE100), they have two standard dimension ratio (SDR17 and SDR11) in accordance with the requirements of EN 1555 and applicable national regulations for Gas networks.
        • They are an excellent alternative when compared to traditional systems in Steel and Copper due to its high strength, resistance to slow crack propagation, lower density, greater flexibility, longevity and high chemical resistance and to UV rays.

            Burried sewage

            Buried sewage without pressure PP Duralight

            INTEGRATED SEWERAGE SYSTEM Environmentally friendly solution

            The growing concern for the environment has led to the development of a range of products with a reduced pollution index, energy savings and a low carbon footprint. The Duralight system is made of polypropylene copolymer (PP) which gives it the following characteristics:

            • 100% recyclable;
            • Chemically they are inert and therefore non-polluting;
            • Decomposition gases are non-toxic;
            • Reduced carbon footprint, with low energy consumption and low emission of greenhouse gases in the product's life cycle;
            • 100% watertightness, with angular deviations and diametric compressions Characteristics:

            Buried sewage without pressure PVC

            COMPLETE AND ECOLOGICAL RANGE

            A complete range with two PVC piping systems, signed by FERSIL, for drainage and non-pressure sewerage networks (with gravity flow), buried outside (Series U) and/or under the building structure (Series UD):

            • PVC-U solid wall pipes according to EN 1401, with a ring stifness ≥ 2 kN/m2 (SN2) or ≥ 4 kN/m2 (SN4) and PVC-U fittings according to EN 1401 with SDR 51 (for SN2 and SN4 pipes ) or SDR 41 (for SN4 and SN8 pipes);
            • 3KKK PVC-U structured wall Type A – foamed, according to EN 13476-2 with a ring stiffness ≥ 2 kN/m2 (SN2), or ≥ 4 kN/m2 (SN4), or ≥ 4 kN/m2 (SN8 ). This range, which is heavily deployed on the market, meets the requirements of existing regulations for drainage and sewerage piping systems in public networks. Also responds to the ecological concerns of the circular economy, as the technology used in FERSIL 3KKK pipes allows them for the absorption of adequate levels of recycled material without losing pipe’s mechanical strength, functionality and durability.

                HIGH STRENGTH

                Ibotec presents a set of perforated polyethylene (PE) pipes, of high flexibility and mechanical strength, with two types of wall construction according to the UNE 53994 and adapted to the requirements of the installation:

                • Single wall (type C1) with a ring stiffness ≥ 2 kN/m2 (SN2)
                • Double wall (type C2) with a ring stiffness ≥ 4 kN/m2 (SN4) This range is strongly implanted in the civil construction market in works of underground non pressure drainage pipelines, with a high level of preference and satisfaction on the part of our customers. It is an excellent alternative to traditional systems (concrete and corrugated PVC), because it is light, with a high resistance to impact and diametrical compression and with reduced installation costs on site. It is framed in an environmental perspective associated with greater energy efficiency, which is achieved by the low consumption of raw materials and low energy production costs, which, associated with the excellent mechanical pipe characteristics, guarantee a solution of high quality and durability at very affordable prices.

                HIGH QUALITY AND DURABILITY

                As a complement to the Duralight range, Fersil presents a set of collector pipes and perforated pipes of high robustness, with large dimensions and a ring stiffness SN4 (with CR6 ≥ 6 kN/m2), applied in underground drainage and non-pressure sewerage, in accordance with the UNE 53994 This range is strongly implemented in the market for public rain drainage works, with a high level of preference and satisfaction on the part of our customers. It is an excellent alternative to traditional systems (concrete or corrugated PVC), because it is light, with a high resistance to impact and diametrical compression and with reduced installation costs on site. It is developed in an environmental perspective associated with greater energy efficiency, which is achieved by the low consumption of raw material and low energy production costs, which associated with the excellent mechanical characteristics of the pipes, guarantees a high quality and durability solution at very competitive prices.

                    COMPRESSION AND IMPACT RESISTANCE

                    The 2WW double wall corrugated pipes (smooth inside) are made of polyethylene (PE) free from heavy metals and halogens, are flame spread and comply with EN 613861 and EN 6138624 for CE marking by the low voltage directive (2014/35/EU), with the technical rules RTIEBT and the ITUR regulation (ANACOM). Its profile provides good resistance to compression and impact, maintaining the flexibility that is relevant in an underground installation and facilitates the introduction of cables:

                    • Series L250 (light impact and 250 N in compression)
                    • Series N450 (normal impact and 450N in compression) Colour red (electricity) or green (telecommunications). Other colours (black, yellow or blue) on request. These pipes are supplied in 50 m rolls (with PET pull out conductor) or in 6 m rods including a cuff at one end that gives the joints an IP43 rating.

                    EXCELLENT MECHANICAL STRENGTH

                    The FERSIL Group has developed at FIL TUBOS and FERSIL a range of HDPE (high density) pipes, with highest strength to internal pressure. They are especially designed for long-distance installation of optical fibber networks, with the introduction of the cable by high- pressure blowing techniques (up to 10 to 14 bar). They are supplied in 500 m or 1000 m coils equipped with removable plugs at both ends, which prevents animals or rubbish from entering into pipe, until the optical fibber cable is installed, thus allowing seamless installation between boxes. They are presents in colour black or orange (only in Angola), with or without orange/red, or green, or blue stripes, which serve to signal the different ducts when installed in parallel. They can be manufactured with a smooth inner wall with a perfect surface finish or with longitudinal ribs, in order to minimize friction generated by the sliding of the optical fibber cable during the blown installation process.
