        Agricultural irrigation

        Sprinkler irrigation PVC

        Very effective in reducing the effects of frosting in winter.

        FERSIL sprinkler system made of unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U), includes white smooth pipes and green pre-assembled fittings and can be used for irrigation on crops requiring large quantities of water, such as cereals, tobacco, beet, and cashew. This irrigation piping system allows a saving of manual labour, energy and water, compared with traditional irrigation systems. The sprinklers irrigation systems, when controlled used, are very effective in reducing the effects of frosting in winter. This is a very robust system, with a long service life, high UV resistance and has a very good watertightness system at high and low pressures. The jointing method by pressure lock is an easy way to assembly and disassembly, which permits the adjustment of the irrigation network according to the type of crop.

        PVC IRRI system


        The plastic piping systems FERSIL in unplasticized poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC-U) for conveyance of water for irrigation, have strong resistance when submitted to high pressures and they follow the product specifications as defined in the standard NF-T 54-086.

        PE localized irrigation (drip)


        The drip irrigation FERSIL systems are made of low-density polyethylene (LDPE) pipes with self-compensating button drippers, for tertiary drip irrigation lines. These systems are very flexible and easy to handle and install. They are very resistant to chemical elements (fertilizers) and have good organoleptic properties. These pipes can be use at a service pressure up to 3 bar for conveyance of cold water (up to 20ºC) for drip irrigation. When the water temperature rises above 20ºC, we can use derating factor of 2% for each ºC which exceeds 20 º C, or consult our technical department.
